Credit Card Practices

All clients of Strong Foundations are required to have a major credit card on file. If you wish to pay with an HSA card, we ask that you enter two cards so that we also have a back-up major credit card in case the funds of your HSA are depleted. All fees associated with therapy and testing will be placed on your card. If you are paying privately, your card will be charged the night after your date of service. If you are processing the cost through your insurance, you card will be charged once we receive claims back from your insurance and we know what your patient responsibility is (i.e. copay, coinsurance, or deductible). You may ask for a summary of charges at any time.
