To maintain our staff and client's safety, Strong Foundations is offering virtual visits for all child, adult, couples, and family counseling. We have found that teletherapy is an effective, accessible, and enjoyable option for our clientele.

After giving it much thought and consideration, Strong Foundations is resuming in-person testing with safety precautions in place (e.g., masks, social distancing, one client in the office at a time, frequent handwashing, a plastic barrier between assessor and client). All other sessions (e.g., intakes and feedbacks) will continue to be conducted via telehealth to limit the number of people and traffic in the office. All testing materials will be sanitized between testing, as will office surfaces and door handles. In-person testing will resume only for children six years and older, who are more likely to be able to adhere to the safety precautions and maintain a safe distance from the assessor. If you have any questions before making your decision, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am happy to assist in any way so you can make a confident informed decision about scheduling.

Strong Foundations is working diligently to ensure your safety while also meeting the needs of our clients. If you decide now is not the time for testing, we respect your decision and can talk about other ways we can support you and your family during these times. We have teletherapy options available and we can discuss the possibility of an abbreviated, virtual assessment in some limited cases.
